At eSIM.net we pride ourselves on our prompt and much experienced knowledge in eSIM support and if you have a technical problem then please search our FAQs on our Helpdesk before contacting us as most answers can be found there.

If you don't find a solution to your problem in our Helpdesk and you have one of our O2 or Vodafone eSIMs then you can get prompt support by emailing support@esim.net.

If you have a problem with one of our Orange travel eSIMs then send an email to travel@esim.net

Please make sure to include the telephone number of your eSIM service in the SUBJECT.
